These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between ag444 (AG444) and all users of the platform. By using the ag444 website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Turnover requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn. Until the turnover is complete, only the original deposit portion is available for withdrawal.

• Turnover Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified number of bets must be placed. Each bonus carries its own turnover requirement — clearly stated on the promotions page.
• One Active Bonus: Only one bonus can be active at a time. You must complete or cancel an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
• Minimum Odds: Some bonuses require a minimum odds condition for turnover. Bets placed below this threshold will not count toward turnover.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a set expiry period. If the turnover requirement is not met before it expires, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

Ag444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer. Such changes will not apply to bonuses already in progress.

All games on ag444 are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be altered by ag444 in any way.

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, it will resume from the last saved state or the bet will be voided and refunded.
• In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If a Sports Betting match is cancelled or postponed, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with ag444's own policy.
• Account verification is required before any progressive jackpot winnings are paid out.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ag444 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating Multiple Accounts Under the Same Identity
• Creating accounts with false information to claim bonuses
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using ag444 for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Harassing or threatening the support team or other users
• Unauthorized access or hacking attempts targeting ag444's systems

Ag444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. This typically occurs in the following circumstances:

• Breach of These Terms
• Underage User Detected
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support. It is advisable to withdraw your balance before closing the account.

Ag444 reserves the right to modify any part of these terms as needed. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please close your account.
